🌾✨ Friday 26th September ✨🌾
As the seasons shift and nature’s cycle moves towards harvest, it’s the perfect time to pause, reflect, and give thanks for all that we have cultivated—both externally and within ourselves. Harvesting Gratitude & Fulfilment is a deeply restorative sound bath experience, designed to help you embrace a sense of abundance, contentment, and inner peace.
🍂 What You’ll Experience:
🔸 A relaxing, heart-opening journey of healing sound vibrations
🔸 Guided reflections to cultivate gratitude and appreciation
🔸 Deep rest to release tension, stress, and overwhelm
🔸 A space to reconnect with yourself and acknowledge your personal growth
Gratitude is a powerful force—when we align with appreciation, we open the door to even more fulfilment, joy, and harmony in our lives. Let the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and gongs guide you into a state of deep relaxation and renewed energy.

For more details on health considerations and what to bring, please check the ‘What to expect from a sound bath ‘ page on the website (under Events). Sound baths are generally suitable for most people, but you must be able to get down to and up from the floor. If you have a pacemaker, please be aware that the deep relaxation induced by a sound bath may cause it to register a need for adjustment. To ensure your comfort, bring anything you need, such as a thick mat, blanket, pillows, cushions, or even a sleeping bag.
