February is the perfect time to focus on the energy of love, whether that’s self-love, compassion, or gratitude for those around you.
This session will open your heart chakra, allowing you to connect deeply with your emotions and cultivate a sense of warmth and inner harmony.
Bathe in the healing vibrations and let them remind you of the love that surrounds you every day.

Sound baths are generally suitable for most people, but you must be able to get down to and up from the floor. If you have a pacemaker, please be aware that the deep relaxation induced by a sound bath may cause it to register a need for adjustment. To ensure your comfort, bring anything you need, such as a thick mat, blanket, pillows, cushions, or even a sleeping bag.
