🌾✨ Friday 7th November ✨🌾
As the days grow shorter and the world slows down, November invites us to pause, turn inward, and embrace the stillness. Cultivating Stillness in the Darker Days is a deeply restorative sound bath experience designed to help you find peace, clarity, and renewal during this quiet and introspective season.
🍂 What You’ll Experience:
🔸 A soothing sound journey with crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes to release tension and stress
🔸 Guided breathwork and relaxation to nurture a sense of calm and inner warmth
🔸 A sacred space for reflection, self-care, and quiet rejuvenation
🔸 An opportunity to embrace the slower rhythm of the season and replenish your energy
In the darker months, stillness is a gift—an opportunity to reset, restore, and listen deeply to what your body, mind, and spirit need. Allow the healing vibrations of sound to guide you into deep rest and inner peace as you prepare for the winter ahead.

For more details on health considerations and what to bring, please check the ‘What to expect from a sound bath ‘ page on the website (under Events). Sound baths are generally suitable for most people, but you must be able to get down to and up from the floor. If you have a pacemaker, please be aware that the deep relaxation induced by a sound bath may cause it to register a need for adjustment. To ensure your comfort, bring anything you need, such as a thick mat, blanket, pillows, cushions, or even a sleeping bag.
